About the European Fraud Protection Group
The European Fraud Protection Group (EFPG) is a private advisory organisation established to provide structured support to individuals affected by investment fraud, unauthorised trading platforms, and financial misconduct. Our advisory team works with affected parties to evaluate individual cases, identify applicable regulatory and banking procedures, and prepare the documentation required for formal complaints and fund recovery requests.
EFPG maintains operational awareness of regulatory frameworks across the European Economic Area (EEA), including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), the Payment Services Directive (PSD2), and relevant provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD). This knowledge base enables us to advise affected individuals on the procedural options available within their specific jurisdiction and financial context.
Our approach is procedural and documentation-driven. We do not provide legal representation, nor do we act as a substitute for licensed legal counsel. Where legal proceedings may be appropriate, we recommend engagement with qualified legal professionals in the relevant jurisdiction. Our role is to assist in the preparation of case files, regulatory complaints, and banking correspondence that support recovery efforts.
Our Mission
The European Fraud Protection Group exists to provide structured, procedural advisory support to individuals who have suffered financial losses through fraudulent investment platforms, unauthorised brokers, and cross-border financial crime. We bridge the gap between affected individuals and the complex regulatory, banking, and legal frameworks that govern financial fraud recovery across the European Economic Area.
Our Approach
Documentation-Driven
Every case strategy is built on comprehensive documentation. We prepare detailed case files, transaction analyses, and evidence packages that meet the procedural standards of financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies.
Regulatory Awareness
Our advisory team maintains operational awareness of regulatory frameworks across the EEA, including MiFID II, PSD2, the Anti-Money Laundering Directives, and MiCA. This knowledge enables us to advise clients on the most appropriate procedural pathways available within their specific jurisdiction.
Multi-Jurisdictional Capability
Financial fraud increasingly operates across borders. We are experienced in coordinating case documentation and regulatory submissions across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring that each relevant authority receives a properly formatted complaint package.
Client-Centred Process
Every individual case is assessed on its own merits. We do not apply a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we evaluate the specific circumstances, jurisdictional factors, and available evidence to develop a tailored advisory strategy for each client.
