Last updated: 24 February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and advisory services provided by the European Fraud Protection Group (“EFPG”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.
1. Nature of Services
EFPG provides advisory and documentation-preparation services to individuals affected by financial fraud, unauthorised investment platforms, and cross-border financial crime. Our services include, but are not limited to, case assessment, transaction analysis, regulatory complaint preparation, bank recall documentation, and case coordination.
EFPG’s services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, financial advice, or any form of regulated professional service. EFPG does not act as a solicitor, attorney, financial advisor, or regulated entity.
2. No Guarantee of Recovery
EFPG does not guarantee the recovery of funds, the success of regulatory complaints or bank recall requests, or any specific outcome in relation to cases handled by EFPG. The success of any recovery effort depends on factors outside EFPG’s control, including but not limited to the cooperation of financial institutions, the jurisdictional framework, the timing of complaints, and the specific circumstances of the case.
Any statements made by EFPG regarding potential recovery pathways or procedural options are based on general experience and do not constitute a guarantee or promise of outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging EFPG’s services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your case, including all relevant transaction records, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Inform EFPG promptly of any changes in your circumstances or any new information relevant to your case.
- Not use EFPG’s services for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any fraudulent activity.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests for information and documentation required for the processing of your case.
4. Fees and Payment
Any fees for EFPG’s advisory services will be communicated to the client in writing prior to the commencement of chargeable services. EFPG does not charge fees for preliminary case assessment. Fee structures and payment terms will be set out in a separate service agreement where applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EFPG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:
- The use of or inability to use EFPG’s website or services
- The outcomes of any regulatory complaints, bank recall requests, chargeback applications, or other procedures initiated on the basis of EFPG’s advisory services
- Any delays, interruptions, or errors in the provision of services
- Any reliance on information provided on this website or by EFPG’s advisory team
- Any actions taken by third parties, including financial institutions, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies
6. Confidentiality
EFPG treats all case-related information provided by clients as confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for the provision of advisory services (e.g., filing regulatory complaints) and only with the client’s prior consent, or where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, templates, and content produced by EFPG in the course of providing advisory services remain the intellectual property of EFPG unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such materials for the purposes of their individual case.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the advisory relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, EFPG will provide the client with copies of any documentation prepared in relation to their case. Termination does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
9. Amendments
EFPG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
